KALE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
3 cups of kale
One frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/2 cup of flax seeds and 3 tsp. of hemp seeds.
Directions:
In a blender, add the kale first, then the banana. Next, add mango, pineapple, berries, and flax seeds.
Cover with water and blend.
Add more water if you need it.
This smoothie is delicious and has everything your body needs to thrive, including protein and omega 3s fatty acids.
