SALADS DRESSINGS TO LIVE FOR:

Balsamic Thyme Dressing This dressing replaces all the bottled cheap balsamic dressings whose ingredient lists are filled with numbers (numbers are for counting, not for eating, #justsayin’). This amazing dressing will keep in a glass jar for weeks — but good luck with that, as you will find yourself pouring it on everything. Step into my kitchen & let me help you nail this delicious recipe! Ingredients: 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves 1/4 teaspoon mixed herbs salt and pepper to taste 1 cup #JOY Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until completely mixed. Store in a glass jar.

Creamy Green Ranch Dressing Ranch dressing is such a funny name to me. It definitely is an American thing. In this recipe, I have tried to make a dressing that has that same zing, sweetness, texture, and full flavour. This is a wonderful dressing to use on a salad with poached eggs for breaky. And it stores well in the fridge in a glass jar for up to 10 days. Ingredients: 1 cup soaked cashews (soaked overnight in 2 cups of water, then rinsed well and drained) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons basil, freshly chopped 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped 1 garlic clove 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup water salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon #FAITH Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

Honey Mustard Onion Dressing This is to replace that honey mustard onion dressing that is normally in the supermarket — full of flavours and numbers (yes, numbers are for counting, not for eating). Real flavours come from nature, not from a food lab. This is my version of that dressing. It keeps well in a glass bottle or a jar for weeks. Use it on whatever you like — not just salads. Step into my kitchen & let me help you nail this delicious recipe! Ingredients: 1/2 cup dijon mustard 1/2 cup raw honey 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons onion, finely diced 1 garlic clove 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons water pinch of salt and pepper to taste 1 bunch #WELL-BEING Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy, thick, and smooth.
