Tending the field

At Full Table, we’re farmers, educators, cooks, organizers, and storytellers—but more than anything, we’re a group of humans who have chosen to do this work together. We each bring our own gifts and experiences, meeting in a shared commitment to growing good food and resilient community.

We have a deep respect for the work, for each other, and for the living system we’re part of. We’ve built a way of working that values collaboration over hierarchy and continually returns to our shared purpose. We take what we do seriously and make space for humor, messiness, learning, good meals, and fun along the way. 

 

What we do here isn’t easy, but it is real. We take pride in what we grow and how we grow it. We do it with care and enjoy each other’s company in the process. Somewhere between the harvest bins, shared meals, and long days in the field, a Dream Team has taken shape.
